    QuantityIngredientAdd
1 (1-lbs.) pkg. 73% lean fresh ground beef
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee steak and burger seasoning, ground; plus additional for garnish
8 slice(s) Di Lusso Wisconsin medium Cheddar cheese, cut into 32 squares; divided
    1 (13.8-oz.) can Hy-Vee pizza crust
16 Hy-Vee hamburger dill pickle slices, drained
    ⅓ c. roasted garlic aioli
Desired sauces, or condiments for serving

    Things To Grab

    • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
    • 15x10x1-inch baking pan
    • Medium bowl
    • Medium nonstick skillet
    • Meat thermometer
    • Parchment paper
    • Rolling pin
    • Ruler

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with parchment paper; spray with nonstick spray and set aside.

    2. Combine ground beef and 1 tablespoon burger seasoning in a medium bowl. Divide and form meat into 16 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Cook patties in two batches in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until burgers reach 165 degrees, turning halfway through. Place 1 cheese square on each burger patty during the last minute of cooking.

    3. Unroll pizza crust onto another sheet of parchment paper. Roll dough into a 14x14-inch square. Cut dough into 16 (4-inch each) square pieces.

    4. To assemble, layer 1 pickle, 1 teaspoon aioli, 1 piece of remaining cheese, and 1 mini cheeseburger in the center of each dough square. Bring opposite corners up and over ingredients to enclose; pinch edges together to seal. Place in prepared baking pan, seam sides down, allowing edges to touch. Lightly sprinkle with additional burger seasoning, if desired.

    5. Bake 17 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Serve with desired sauce.
