Target Audience and Goal Statement

This activity is intended for psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals involved in the management of schizophrenia.

The goal of this activity is to improve clinician knowledge and competence regarding treatments for patients with schizophrenia.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will:

  • Have increased knowledge regarding the
    • Mechanisms of new and emerging treatment targets for schizophrenia
    • Emerging therapies for schizophrenia
  • Demonstrate greater confidence in their ability to
    • Recognize unmet needs in the management of schizophrenia
