At the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association #COEX2020, Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar President John Cywinski shared his thoughts on how collaborating with their suppliers is bringing new, innovative products and dining experiences to consumers. From insights and ideation to development and execution, some of the most interesting menu innovation has come from operators and partners working together to unlock growth opportunities and wow guests. Examples include Applebee’s Neighborhood Drink of the Month program and just launched IHOP Cereal Pancakes and Shakes with brands such as Capt'n Crunch.
