Target Audience and Goal Statement

This activity is intended for cardiologists, nephrologists, and primary care physicians.

The goal of this activity is that learners will be better able to understand the efficacy and safety as well as the prospective role of renal denervation in the management of patients with uncontrolled hypertension.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will:

  • Have increased knowledge regarding the
    • Recent data on the efficacy and safety of renal denervation options
    • Patient perspectives on blood pressure management
